Natalia Levey is a founder of Hi Hospitality Group - a multi-concept restaurant group, including award-winning Speaks Clam Bar, Kojo, Bar Hana and the upcoming Central Park St Pete Food Hall. With an unwavering resolve, she weaves wellness and positivity into her professional ethos, recognizing that a happy team is at the heart of business achievement. Her pursuit of harmonizing a healthy restaurant atmosphere with robust financial health has led to increased team morale, enhanced customer satisfaction, and a deeper bond with the community.
Natalia’s innovative approach to hospitality leadership won her a fellowship from the James Beard Foundation's Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership program in 2021.
Combining culinary prowess with a passion for wellness, Natalia Levey has forged a unique path in the hospitality industry. Her extensive gastronomic experiences, spanning over 40 countries, beautifully interweave with her wellness philosophy to catalyze a transformational shift in industry norms and personal lifestyles. Natalia's formative culinary training was conducted at the Art Institute of New York. Expanding her expertise, she graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is certified as a nutritional consultant by The American Association of Nutritional Consultants. These credentials, in unison with her world-spanning culinary experience, have shaped her into a beacon of health, positivity, and innovation.
A TEDx speaker, and author of Cravings Boss, Natalia also serves as an advisory board member of The School of Hospitality at USF, and Brain Health Initiative. For her expertise, she has been named Top Entrepreneur of 2021, and featured on The List TV, Sarasota’s ABC7, Daytime TV, Great Day Live, Huffington Post, Elephant Journal, Reader’s Digest and Health.
